Gateway Mechanical

Gateway Mechanical, a growing HVAC and mechanical company hired our team to support internal marketing initiatives such as employer brand work, recruitment marketing, internal training and employee onboarding. We worked collaboratively with their Human Resources team to create a careers microsite, helping to establish Gateway Mechanical as a reputable employer with a strong employer brand. As part of this work, we created extensive employee onboarding materials using Microsoft Sway.

TerraPro

Our primary work with TerraPro, an industrial matting manufacturer for rigs and construction, was to support employee safety and recognition programs. Through our work with this client, we developed a series of videos included in an innovative onboarding software program for all new employees and contractors. Our team leveraged a third-party software tool to customize this mandatory onboarding training program to TerraPro’s unique needs. We also developed a comprehensive employee recognition program that utilized GoogleForms to publicly recognize well-deserving employees.

Alta-Fab

In 2020, Alta-Fab hired the Beks Marketing team to modernize their website and marketing materials. As part of this process, we took the existing design and updated all elements and copy, creating a new website on WordPress. We worked collaboratively to train the Alta-Fab team to keep their updated website relevant with all new and used inventory. This project is an excellent example of the innovative work our team can do with project-based clients. Our work helped to redesign the Alta-Fab website to be more user-friendly on the back-end without redeveloping the front-facing design of the website.

The Garbage Man was purchased by a serial entrepreneur who saw his company as a way to merge his personal vision and purpose with business.

From the start, he had a clear vision for how a waste management company could do its part for the environment.

The company needed a new identity, brand positioning, website, and customer communication tools to reflect this new direction.
